Need some advice on balancing workouts to cover Cairo and strength over a 6 day training schedule. Currently doing boot camp tues and thurs and the other days I do running, Rpm and my own boot camp sesh. Definitely getting fitter but not losing as much weight as I thought. Started logging food religiously about a week ago and still not much progress, I know it's early days with diet but just wanted to check i shouldn't be doing more strength - LIFTING weights as opposed to just body weight stuff with the boot camps... Is boot camp strength and cardio? And if so when would be best to do LIFTING days if I do boot camp on tues and thurs still?

To me it sounds like a great fitness routine. You'll definitely gain fitness doing that program! I'd put boot camp as more cardio than strength. Each boot camp is different but generally it's body weight.
Regarding weight loss it's harder to tell with the info you've provided. How many calories do you eat? Weight/height and age help too.0
