Bat Wings - Can you get rid of them?

Hey all,:wink:

I was wondering - has anyone got rid of their underarm flab? You know, the bingo wings.

Please, am losing hope! Would love to know any positive tips or success stories :flowerforyou:

    I've shrunk mine, by lifting weights. Still trying to get them to completely disappear though =[

    Same here. Shrinking with weight lifting.
