Just joined today and wondered if there was a way that I could record the classes I attend at the gym? I know the rough calorie expenditure per class but would love to be able to track it on here. Any ideas that might help me?
Additionally, any ideas how I can add, say, 45 minutes of weights in the gym without noting each exercise individually? Any help greatly appreciated
