Hi,
I am new here and in my 40's. In the last year my weight has fluctuated 30lbs in both directions. In the past two months I've lost 7# and gained 7#. This is mainly due to a medication which drastically affects my metabolism. It's SO discouraging when the weight increases. But I am resolved to do the best I can and hope to find support & encouragement here. Nice to meet you.
