Hi, I'm Sal - I work as a CPA in southeast Michigan. Looking to change my lifestyle from weekend warrior to healthy with the occasional "fun". I would like my weight loss to be a by product of the healthy lifestyle switch. I could use all the help I can get and would love to be able to help others as well.
