So I became a synner!

So, I realised today (after the realisation yesterday that I had fallen off the wagon) that I have put on nearly 7lb in two weeks. Now I havn't been misbehaving as such, i just havn't been paying attention to what goes in my mouth.
I have 20 days to lose as much weight as possible. So, logically opened my old slimming world books and decided i would do my best to get back on track that way.
My problem is is that i don't have a kitchen or anywhere to prepare food and I do not have a big budget. So do any of you lovely peple know of any ready meal style salads or noodles or sandwhiches etc etc which are low syn? Anything that foesn't need more than a microwave or a kettle to create.
I am in a real pickle here and any help you can give me would be appreciated. That and if you want to add me feel free.
Thanks for your help guys

Hmmmm, there's not really many microwave meals (that I can remember from when I was on slimming world) that were low syn or syn free.
I guess you could pick up a couple of weight watchers meals, but they work very differently to slimming world and aren't exactly healthy.
You can get pot noodle style cous cous which isn't too bad. Soups as well, I recommend Baxters 'stay full' range.
The noodles in a mug I believe are free on slimming world, but again very little nutrition in them.
Maybe a microwave cottage pie with some veggies wouldn't be too bad. You can buy fresh veggies that you can microwave in the bag.
Good luck!0
