Hi everyone! A friend at work told me about this website...I wish I had an IPhone so I could carry this application around, but it is still really convenient.
I didn't realize how many calories could be in one little meal, so Day 1 has been off to a rocky start. The important thing is that this website has been supportive already and I'm going to try again tomorrow.
