Oh yea! Take that Christmas Holidays!

Sooo...I have to say...4-5 pounds in a week is a fabulous way to get right back on track after New Years...after two and a half weeks of partying and pigging out to stuffed out max.
Now...why I'm proud is that I didn't lose the 4 pounds by starving myself or anything, I ate plenty healthy, counted calories and stuff. But I worked out HARD almost everyday...usually 2 hours and one day of hot yoga. And poof, that Christmas weight just ran away happily...guess my body never wanted it to begin with.

I'm pretty happy...I need my actor headshots done next week sometime so I need to get rid of all the holiday stuff rapidly and healthily.
