If it's running, mornings! if it's working out, afternoon/evening!0

About 8am, depending on the weather. The temperature is more important than the time of day.
And then again at about 6 or 7pm.
Love my 2X workout days.0 -
I like it in the morning....lol0

I don't have kids but I work 8 to 5, Mon through Fri. I go to the gym in the morning, run at lunch, and go back to the gym a few times a week after work. My ideal time to work out would be 9 or 10am .... then I could sleep in but still get my workout done early enough. I usually do my long runs at 9am on Saturdays.0

Well if I was lucky enough not to work I'd workout in the AM like maybe 8-9 ish. Right now I usually do something around 12-1 and then again 5-6. I'd prefer not to have to workout on my lunch hour but then I usually sit with nothing to do and I don't like that either.0

Ok I'm going for broke here...two pages worth and nobody has cut to the chase yet...
I like it any time I can get it. With his busy travel schedule its usually in the morning after he's just got home or any time during the day after if he's home late...
I've never been known to turn down some cardio though...so really...say the word...I'm there.
I like to do my own personal cardio workout before lunch or else I may not make time for it. I'm just getting into doing some weights and I think that might fit in after lunch until I start seeing some changes...I HOPE I see some changes. A YEAR plateau is WAY overboard and I'm ready to break it!!!0
