hi, i'm new to myfitnesspal, getting ready to eat breakfast here and i'm stuck in a rut i compiled a list of my favorite breakfasts but i'm not sure what one to eat that will keep me fullest the longest.. any help?
i'm also open to new suggestions as well.

Here's a sample of one of the items I eat that keeps me full for a minute:
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
2 slices of Butterball turkey back
Whole wheat or Honey wheat Sandwich Thin
1 scoop of whey protein and fiber in a cup of water (I drink it straight with no fillers)
After that, I'm good to go!
Proteins and fibers are going to do it for you every single time!0 -
I slice an apple and eat pieces all morning -- good until lunch.0
