Recovering from shoulder surgery

I had my shoulder repaired two weeks ago, and have gotten back into some bad food habits. Obviously I am limited in the amount of excersize I can do for now, but walking and stationary bike are fairly doable for short periods of time.
I'm looking for tips from people who have been through any surgery. Staying away from constant eating is tough, especially since I eat out of bordom, haha.

Hi! I just had shoulder surgery about 2 1/2 months ago. I am still pretty sore and can't do strengthening exercises yet. I started out with walking about a month ago and just started jogging. My shoulder gets pretty sore after but the surgery I had, I can't do any damage to it. Fortunately, I wasn't very hungry with the medication I was on. lol And I couldn't do much cooking with my arm in a sling. My only advice is try to stay as active as you can. Walking is a good distraction.0
