I have been really wanting to get sushi for the past few weeks.
Does anyone have and healthy options?
I usually get spicey tuna rolls. I know the spicey mayo makes the calories a lot more.

    Anything without mayo, lol.

California roll: crab, cucumber and avocado.
Salmon & avocado roll: fattier, but the good fat.

Usually they list exactly what's in them, just get something without mayo or cream cheese and don't douse them in soy sauce and you're probably fine.

At some places you can get brown rice sushi, which has a slight nutritional advantage.
Why dont you start with an appy of edemame beans- they will fill you up a bit with nutritional goodness, then you can enjoy a smaller amount of sushi, and still feel satisfied!!
    good luck- i love sushi!

I usually order sashimi with plain rice or Chirashi Don, because sushi rice contains sugar.
