Back again!!!

Where do i start? I have been on this site on and off again for years. Now I have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and figure I better get serious now. I need some support though. The thing with my weight is that I have always been a confident and outgoing person so my weight never bothered my self-esteem so I never thought it was an issue. Now I find certain things about my body that I am starting to dislike. My main goal is to get back into running and possibly some weight lifting. Looking for some buddies that are on here everyday updating their stuff. Looking forward to meeting you all!! Oh yea, I am a male, 32, 245 looking to get to 180.
