Sarah Lurie Iron Core - 4 dvd series- 2 dvd's with techniques and 2 dvd's with 3 different 25 minute workouts only $12 at Amazon. Generally 4 sets of 5 minute circuits (short interval rest between circuits) with a short abs circuit at the end.

Have been using this for 8 months with great results. Started with 10 lb to learn technique, now up to 25 lb single kb and 2 x 20 lb for the double KB workouts. Just bought an HRM and my heartrate gets to between 160-180 so quite intense.

I have also enjoyed the Kettlebell Bombshell Advance workouts. There is a Basic one (Kettlebell Bombshell) but I have not tried it.

Other ones tend to be pricier.

I bought the Ipad app to because I had heard great things about the instructor. It's ok and a nice change from the other ones I do but in the end I prefer the Iron Core workouts because of the format. If you use a heavy enough kettlebell you will get a good workout with the ipad app workouts. The ipad app also comes with a bunch of training videos but I didn't look at them. I suspect they should be excellent.

I do kettlebells for HIIT and love them. The absolute best way is in person. At your gym a trainer should be able to show you how to use them free of charge. The cheapest way is on YouTube. There are a ton of videos for every level. Just start out light and get your form correct then move to heavier weight. Kettlebells are not about strength, form is everything.
