A Sweet Story Indeed

I told a lab mate that I was counting calories on MFP to help me in my weight loss journey. He loves to bake, and often brings in treats for our weekly group meetings. I declined his proffer of sweets in our previous group meeting, politely indicating that I had no idea how many calories the cookies contained.
Today he brought oatmeal cookies, but this time he calculated the number of calories per cookie so that I could have one (I had more than one).
I just thought I would share this sweet story of weight loss support.

That's cute.
What I do if I have no idea how many calories something has is estimate high with something in the database.
