Women who had c-sections

Did you find that after the c-section you were A LOT gassier than you were before the c-section? I'm okay in the morning, but by the time I leave work, I feel like a bomb about ready to explode. I've been taking a fiber supplement and trying to have more fiber in general. I drink at least 8 cups of water a day (usually 10-12 cups).

Other than trying to cut back on gassy foods, having more fiber, and trying to lose weight, is there anything else I can do to help? Is it something I have to deal with? Did you find there were foods you were okay with before but now you had to cut it out?
