old friend returning for a new year

Hi Everyone - It is so amazing to see so many familiar names still posting! I love this site and unfortunately my company doesn't allow me to access at work - so I left for awhile and immediately I realized the impact of this site. I gained back almost 10lbs and totally lost focus! I started eating whatever I wanted and it was making me sick! I am back to regain focus! Looking forward to reading all your posts and being a part of the team again!
