yoga, pilates + running?

Im starting yoga and pilates and i was thinking of adding cardio after each class that I take.

is that to much?

    I'm not an expert by any means...but here's my two cents. :)

    I run 3x/week (MWF) and do circuit training (mix of cardio and weights--but mostly weights) 2x/week (TTH). I don't think doing all 3 is too much....BUT it may be too much to do all in one day. Depends on your exertion, how long you are doing each activity, if you are in shape, if your body needs rest. etc. Best suggestion I can give is try it...your body will tell you what you can and can't handle.

    Thanks!! I feel like yoga isn't enough and I have so much stress built inside of me right now. Maybe I should do cardio today.

    I don't think it's too much once you're conditioned for it, but I wouldn't start all 3 of those things at once.
    I'd add one thing at a time, and then once you've settled into that routine, add the next thing.
