I just had an entire cheat weekend! There was no way I was going to be able to watch what I was eating and drinking while camping in Dover over the weekend. Made sure to keep my breakfast healthy(easiest meal for me to control) and we did a fair amount of walking.0

Thank you to all of you for the feedback it really help, I did it on Sundays for the last three weeks when I get up early check my weight in and then eat whatever I am craving to, but I notice I went down to lose only a pound a week instead of 2 lb, now the idea of cheat meal is better I like it, it is a way to get ur body metabolism a little fluctuated, so we don't end up with slower metabolism.
