Who listens to any podcasts?

I listen to a few. Mostly comics.

Jay Mohr -- great story teller
Chris Harwick -- funny guy and has good guests, not the main stream type of guest you would see on Leno or Lettterman

i listen mostly to sports podcasts.

PTI - just an audio version of the TV show
    The Tony Kornneiser Show
    Steve Czaban show
the BS report - I don't listen to all of these because they are really long and self-indulgent So i pick and choose based on the guest

    Non-sports
Coverville - This guy plays cover songs, usually tied together with some theme.

as a side note - i used to be a part of a sports podcast myself, but when i had my son and a couple months later my brother (who did the podcast with me along with my older brother) has his 3rd child, it kind of went by the wayside in 2010. We were nominated for Podcast awards for 3 straight years, and we've talked about getting it started back up.

THe only one I listen to right now is the 404 and that's off and on and because my bf loves them.
He called in to them AGAIN last week and has now gotten played on that podcast twice complaining about me and my lack of love for the movie the Fifth Element. You can hear me in the background on the call on Friday that they aired. -sigh- haha.

Jay Mohr is hilarious. I'm gunna have to check his out.

i would love to listen to a sports podcast but i normally listen over 2-3 day period so my sports news would be so out dated.

True. A lot of the time what I am hearing is at least a day or so out of date, but it's usually commentary on what has happened so they aren't really reporting news, so they are somewhat timely, but not immediate.
