Hello,

I am Melody. I am 5'6 and currently weigh 216. I started Zumba for the first time last week. I went twice and really enjoyed it. Zumba will be my primary method of exercise along with 30 minute walks on the day I don't go. High blood pressure and difficulty fitting clothes is what has set me on a weight loss journey. I will be happy with a 20-30 lb weight loss.

    Well its nice to meet you. Being a mom means you never have time for yourself. I am a professor and instructor so it gets that way too. You are wise to start your exercise as it always leaves me feeling a sense of real accomplishment unlike other things that I do sometimes. I want to support you in this as sometimes I feel I am the only one on this wt and exercise journey .......now that I have met you I will be inspired. Hope you don't mind the post.
