So I saw this article and pictures of how she lost 80lbs after having Gastric sleeve surgery.

I was aggravated and disgusted at some of the reader comments on there.. Here is one that was posted on Facebook that I commented back on:

"good for her she lost weight, but do it like the rest of us do it, the good ole fashioned way...will power and exercise, getting a operation to suck the weight off is a chickens way, and the easy way, and should not be glamorized, makes me sick"

My reply to that person's comment on facebook----" I wish people would educate themselves before commenting. Gastric surgery is not "Sucking the weight off". Its not liposuction. In fact it makes the process even harder because you truly have to limit your meals to just a few bites. When nothing else worked for her, she went that route and I congratulate her for it. She still worked hard to lose that 80lbs."



Sad that we have so much ignorance and lack of education amongst the people. I think she looks terrific! In fact Im glad she lost the weight because she was quite heavy.
