Another non-scale victory today!

I've been frustrated that I've lost barely any weight, but I am thrilled that I am getting stronger as a result of working out. I started horseback lessons a few months ago, and at first, I had to stand on a chair to get on the horse; I couldn't pull myself up into the saddle. A month ago, I tried again, and found I could do it. My next goal was to lift the saddle onto the back of the horse by myself. I did it today! :-) I just wish I could ride every day, instead of once a week.
