Hello I'm only on day 2 so if you want a buddy I'm here! it's a killer but bearable for 20 mins and I'm so surprised because I used to do an hour or more at the gym for this kind of soreness!!

I did the 30 Day Shred last year and lost 8 pounds. I definitely started to tone and lost weight. It's a tough work out but so fast and fun! Give it a try and you might also like Ripped in 30.

I did the Shred in July and lost 5.5" overall, no weight loss. Just started again yesterday.

I'm on day 7 and although the workout is tough, it goes quickly. I love it! People are starting to see that I'm slimming down even though it's only been a week. These have been the fastest results I've ever achieved! Go for it!
  • I just started it today (for the third time in like 5 years...darn you motivation!) and made it the whole way through, unlike the first two times...

I'm near the end of the 30DS... I love it :) I've lost about 4 pounds this month (about on par with my 1 pound a week goal), and am definitely stronger and can see a difference in my body shape. I'd probably look more toned too if I had less fat covering up my muscles, haha :) I definitely recommend it, especially for someone who is just started strength/resistance work, like me!

I'm moving into Ripped in 30 next, I think!

Use the search function and look for 'ultimate 30 day shred'--TONS of results.

I technically finished last weekend, but I decided to make up my rest days, so I will be officially finished on Saturday. Regardless, so far I'm down 5.2 lbs and 13.75" (I wasn't very big to start with).

I saw my son's former speech language pathologist this morning and she looks AMAZING; I asked her what she was doing and she said 30DS. And a friend has been reading my facebook posts about the challenges and my results so she was inspired to start too. Given the results I've seen posted around here and in myself and others, I would say yeah, it works.

I did day 1 today add me if you want. I have 6 week 6 pack and want to do it at the same time. I don't know if it is because I was sick yesterday or if the workout was really THAT hard, but I am not in the "mood" to do the 6 pack workout right now. Did anyone else combine the two?

    Just found it on YouTube.
    Are there 3 levels?
How many days do you do each level for?

I'm on Level 2 Day 10, about to start Level 3. I hear L2 is the hardest so I shouldn't feel so anxious about Level 3, but damn that woman scares me. Her eyebrows...so intense.

I have ab lines, killer thigh muscles, and sexy arms. DO IT. You will not regret it when it's over and done with.

I finished day 4 of Level 2 today. If you're just starting, take a "before" picture. My husband took one of me (front & back), but I didn't think of it until my 3rd day. I'm hoping I will be able to see the difference by the end. It was actually looking at someone's before and after pics on this site that motivated me to get 30 Day Shred. It's hard, but I figured I could really push myself for 20 minutes - no excuses. I think it's a very good workout, especially for the time investment.

You do not have top buy it. It can be found on YouTube. That is what I did. I am really in sad shape so I am figuring on taking longer than the 30 days to do it, but I will get it done eventually!
  • I'm on Level 2 day 8 tonight! I posted about my success so far yesterday, here is the link:

Looking for friends in this journey as well...feel free to add me!

I've been doing it since the September 28th. Tomorrow is my last day of Level 1 and heading to Level 2. I think it's a good workout and gets you sweating off the bat!

I finished my first week of 30DS on Sunday and lost 9.2 pounds. I combined the workout with a low fat diet (less than 20 grams a day) and daily walks or elliptical workouts at the gym. Oh, and TONS of water. Good luck guys!

If you want to see pictures of results, hop on over to the Success Stories board. There's one long thread with lots of pics and a several others. They impressed me enough to give it a shot! I'm still on level 1.

I just posted my results of 30 days of ripped in 30 on the success board... YES it works! I only lost 3 lbs, but 10 inches. Even though I am at 30 calendar days I still have 2 days of week 3 and 7 days of week 4 to complete, so officially I will finish up Oct 12th. Then I plan to start the 30 day shred dvd.

I actually just finished Day 1 on Level 1.

My butt is kicked. I never thought my legs and arms would feel so tired from doing something so simple.

All I can think right now is "I'm so glad that I'm doing this in intervals with my running" because if I did this every day in a row...I think I'd die.

I am on day 7 of level one at the moment.

I keep telling myself it's silly to expect it, but i'm not really seeing any results.

I am maybe finding it a bit easier now than I did at the beginning but I still have trouble doing the cardio all the way through and I just cannot do the last abs exercise!!

Whenever i reflect on it, I think that maybe i'm not trying hard enough but when i'm actually doing it my legs and arms burn.

I haven't ached since after the first work out though.

I am going to keep going though, and I'm taking photos every day.
