I am looking for the no cal, no carb yam based noodles and can't find them
anyone know the name?

    They're called Shirataki Noodles. You can find them in asian stores and some supermarkets. They're refrigerated and the noodles are packed in water.

    They actually take on the taste of whatever you put on them but I did have an issue with the texture. They're crunchy and slimy in texture, so nothing like cooked pasta. Once you get used to the texture, they're pretty darn good because they really don't have a flavour. I usually load 'em up with tomato pesto sauce and they taste great. Can't beat that for 0 calorie noodles.

    Me too...but plain pesto. I love them!
