Glutamine Question?

Options
I have seen glutamine mentioned here in so many threads, that I decided to do a little reading about it. I eat a lot of high glutamine foods daily [greek yogurt(6oz), milk(1-1.5 pint), kefir(1 pint), egg(1), meat/fish/poultry of some type(1-2 servings)]. With that in mind, would there be any good reason for me to take a supplement?

That's what I was thinking. Kinda like buying bcaas when one takes whey protein powder… it is already loaded with them… Thanks.

If you have a touchy gi tract, it can be of benefit, but it's been disproved as a muscle builder.
