Hey y'all! I am new to the forums but not really new to fitness. I have spent hours over the years learning and continue to learn daily. I am truly passionate about the overall health and wellness of others and hope to inspire, make new friends and grow. I am not at a point that losing weight is a goal. I have already done that. In my life I have been on both ends of the spectrum from too skinny to too fat and understand the emotional aspects of weight. At 5'8" tall I have been under 100 lbs and even topped out at 230 lbs. I am now down to a comfortable 190 lbs. Now I am focusing on fitness and honing my skills as well as LBM to be something that I can be proud of. Currently at just over 20% and shooting for about 10%. :bigsmile:
I am just beginning to use this website (and mobile app) to track my food. This is a step up for me from old fashioned pen and paper! So far it has been a wonderful tool and I will continue to learn to use it to my benefit.
