Ok so I fell off the wagon. I had lost 45 lbs two years ago. Now its all back plus some extra. So now Im back on the wagon! I decided to take a science look at the body. Wow what I learned!

The 5 rule to stay healthy! At alll cost stay away from:

Simple Sugars
Enriched,Bleached, Or Refined Flour
HFCS ( High-Fructose Corn Syrup- (A four letter word)
Saturated Fat
Trans Fat

I had to clean the whole kitchen! What am I feeding my kids!!!!!

    Isn't it amazing what you learn? I started out talking to a friend of mine whose father owns an organic market. He talked about hormones and what they do to young kids so I basically freaked out and quit giving my kids milk and meat that's not organic. Anything that gets baked, I make it myself, whole grain, to give to the kids. That includes breads, bagels, pizza doughs and any 'treats' they may want. I make soups and stews homemade, pastas and pasta sauces are homemade. I have an organic garden that I get from.

    Now that I read that, I may have taken a few things overboard, but my kids are healthy, well-fed, and I don't worry about my 8 year old daughter getter her 'ta-ta's' too early.

    I was researching about MSG yesterday. It goes by many different names and is in many foods we 'think' are healthy. And it's HORRIBLE for our health...cancer, ADD/ADHD, alzheimers, migraines, obesity, and diabetes (insulin issues) are all linked to or affected by MSG. It is in many soups, fast foods, sauces, and salad dressings (check out the low fat ones!!). The FDA says it is safe....
