Lemon-baked Cod: Easy. 225 cal.

I came home after work, knowing I had thawed cod in the fridge, needing to be cooked. Found this easy recipe online. The info says it's 225 cal. I calculated just over 200 with my ingredients. I had two servings with vegetables for 436. It's kind of butter/margarine heavy, but if you've been low-fat the rest of the day, that's alright!
