    hi jo,, im barbara,,,, i been here a wile, an still learning what to do here,,, im watching all things,,, like how much i eat, when i eat it, i realy have to watch out for sugar an sodium,,, i keep them low, an i can eat anything,,, but it is hard to do,,,,, im losing 1lb a week,,,,an i feel good,,, been at this long enough i lost 5 lbs,,, im hoping i can help you along too, i read everyones log here an that helps me too,,, welcome to - myfitnesspal-- hope we can help each other,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Barbara
