Using the stairs for a change

So I was tired of workout dvd's, so I decided to use my two stories for exercise today.

I did an upper body workout combined with cardio on my stairs.

Use stairs for incline push ups all the way up, and then back down feet first. 32 total.

Sit on stairs and push self up for tricep dips going up and down. 32 total.

Heart to heart push ups up and down. 32 total.

In between each of these run up and down the stairs .

Repeat circuit 3 times.

I am sore and fricking tired lol. Just goes to show you that everyday things can have an athletic use. You don't always need a dvd or app or anything.
