How many calories should i be eating?

TDEE little no exercise = 2492

TDEE 6-7 days working out = 3582

i lift 3 days a week, and run 6 days a week where i burn somewhere between 500-1300 calories depending.

im looking to build muscle and loose body fat obviously.
