Hi ! I started on June 1st and have gone from 185 to 164. My ultimate goal is around 140-145 like I used to weigh before last year. The past year or 2 I just started gaining weight because I was eating pretty badly and not working out anymore. I got up to a size 12 from a 4-6 and I am very ready to get back to that. Its strange, I dont really notice a change in myself but people comment on it all of the time.
I started going to the gym around 4 times per week and either jogging or doing the elliptical at least 45 minutes. I am trying to go 5 days during the week for about an hour each. I have been trying to jog a 5K on the treadmill at least 3 times per week. I still slack some weeks but I am trying to get better at that and make the gym fit my schedule.
Everyone on here is so inspirational!
