Need ideas for protein sources for vegan weightloss

    seitan. I just ordered gluten from iHerb to make more of this. It's very versatile, extremely high in protein, and easy to make --- google it if you're not familiar.

    soy milk is good for protein. beans work really well as do nuts. I eat a lot of tofu and tofurkey.
    You can buy tofurkey sausages and lunch meat at most grocery stores.

    Personally I like putting black beans and one of the sausages in a tortilla and eating that. pretty high in protein
