Nonfat greek yogurt (113g, about 1/2cup)
Chia seed - just a spoonful
    Baby spinach - 2 cups
    Broccoli - 1 cup
    Carrot - 1 large
    Banana - 1 large
    2 ice cubes
unsweetened, plain soy milk - 1/2 cup
peanut butter powder (or regular peanut butter) - 2 tbsp
protein powder - equivalent of 1 scoop, any combination

Produces about 20-24 oz shake and tastes more like peanut butter than anything else. The veggies have no taste. Usually medium thickness.

    I do:

    1/4 plain yogurt
    1/4 vanilla soy milk
1 scoop soy protein powder vanilla
    1/2 c frozen strawberries
a handfull (whatever is in season) fresh berries
so for now it's about 5 raspberries or balckberries
crushed ice and a little water

On heavy workout days when I have extra calories I add 1/2 to a whole banana. Also if the berries are little too tart I add a half packet of 0 calorie sweetner.

Try adding some sugar free pudding mix. I use 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 cup water, chocolate whey protein, and 2 tbsp sugar free butterscotch pudding mix. I call it Butterfinger Protein Shake.

broccoli, huh? I'll have to give it a try. I started adding spinach and then kale and now baby carrots...maybe I'll replace the kale with the broccoli...or maybe I should live dangerously and add it to the spinach, kale and carrots! I use kefir instead of yogurt and 1 packet of emergenC - 1000 mg of VC. I call it my power smoothie. I also use everything mentioned here except the PB but going to give it a try like you have it here.
