    I love this site. Unbelievable how easy it is to track everything every day and you have fun while you do it.

    My daughter and I were discussing how much it motivates you to work harder and harder and more and more for your workouts. It is great to see that "If every day were like today you would weigh ........" go down and down and down.

    I agree..this site is amazing...we all have busy schedules and this site makes tracking everything simple and easy....puts things in perspective!
