Chalene Extreme Deluxe Upgrade

Hello! I'm about to enter the last month of Chalene Extreme and am just starting to think about the future....


I posted this in the Chalene group, but I don't think too many folks saw it, so wanted to post to the general group.


Just wanted to see if any of you have tried the Chalene Extreme Upgrade workouts and if they are worth adding to the collection.

There is really very little in the way of customer reviews for this on the Beachbody site, and on Amazon....something I think is kind of weird since it looks like it has bee out for a few years.


Any feedback would be great--thanks!

I do like to read lots of user reviews before deciding, and still don't see much of that out there and would love to personal experiences (although probably will buy it).

that finesshealth101 article states this this is "not marketed with any specific success stories and reviews related to the long term effectiveness of the program" .....I just wonder why??? Seems weird because this company is a master at marketing....

Hi,
I have the Deluxe package and it's totally worth it. I sometimes do it on my days off. The stability ball gives you a great workout and changes things a bit. I am on on my second week of CX and love it.

thanks for the feedback! I did buy it, and recieved it last week.....will give it a try. Trying to decide if I should try one today but I'm so sore from my 1st week on Lean, I'm not sure if I should mix it up even more. Anyway, as I try it, will try to give feedback as well.
