Jillian Michales 30 day shred-is it effective?

Hi I am on my 4thday of Jillian Michaels... Is it really effective? Anyone with positive results to keep me motivated?
DO we need to follow a 1200 calorie diet as well?KI am not allowed to diet.
Like For breakfast I am supposed to have a Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwish (wheat bread) and a glass of chocolate milk.
I am allowed to skip lunch .
Again for dinner , I am supposed to have rice, and vegetables..Apart from this we eat out as well.
I am not allowed to diet becasue I my weight fluctuates between 109 and 113 pounds..
Currently My height is 5'5'' and weight is 108.8.I need to shape up my butt and thighs!

Can anyone help me?

    I loved the shred, I did it twice. It's super effective! It helped me tone, a lot! I also did her ripped in 30 and now I'm on 6 week 6 pack. She also has a killer buns and thighs video, although I've never tried it. I highly recommend the 30 day shred

  • I used to crash diet and though I am no more like that, my family is still worried that I might go back to my old ways.
    I put on a lot of weight after school, I was 143 pounds then.. Then i felt bad about myself and did a crsh diet and dropped down to 107.7.. :( Now I am normal but they dont want me to do that again
