I have the DVD with the kettle bells but I am not sure how to log in how many calories I am burninig wtih that. Is there an easy way to "guesstimate"?

    Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
  • I use a heart rate monitor to determine the number of calories I burn during a workout. I don't have this DVD but it is one that I've considered picking up; I've always liked Kathy Smith. :) This won't help answer your question (sorry!) but if you don't mind me asking, how do you like it?

momshrinks, how do you use a heart rate monitor to work out how many calories you've burned? I have an old HRM that only tells me what my heart rate is, is there some calculation I can do that will work out how many calories i'm burning when exercising?
