Hey- I have been going through a little hungry spurt lately. Doesnt matter what I eat (within my cals), I am just starving. Could this be because I need more protien??
Any suggestions, recipes, snacks etc that help you through these times would be great.

it's hard to give specific advice without access to your diaries so here are some general ideas...
Are you eating back your exercise calories? If not then you should do this. (FYI, this doesn't apply to those doing the eat more to weigh less. If you're doing EM2WL, you may have underestimated your TDEE.) If you are using MFP's goal setting, it could be that your weekly weight loss goal is too high. Assuming that's you in your profile pic, you don't have much to lose so I would recommend setting it to 1/2 pound per week - that's a healthy reasonable weight loss goal and should give you more calories.
Proteins, complex carbs (aka slow carbs) and healthy fats will help you stay full longer.
I recently had to switch up my protein source. Bars were working great for me for a while but it seemed like all of a sudden the carb level was just to high for me and they weren't "sticking to my ribs" as much anymore. So now instead of a morning and afternoon protein bar, I'm doing a moring and afternoon scoop of protein powder and having another snack like fruit, yogurt or veggie to stay full and get more nutrients.0
