Start with half push ups? Do them against the wall?0

Because your arms and or chest are not strong enough? If you can't do them on the floor, start at an angle (with your hands on a counter or bench) and work your way down as you get stronger.0

You can start building strength for a push up by standing facing the wall a little further away than arms length, keep your abdominals firm, your back straight and your pelvis in line with your legs and spine, and do a push up against the wall. Do say three sets of 10 of these and you will soon build the muscles you need to do a push-up.
The next exercise to do after wall push-ups would be to progress onto half push ups - do a push up but rest your knees on the the floor, back straight and push up from there.
Hope this helps.0 -
Its too my upperbody is too skinny. I will try al these. No, even doing push ups on kness is impossible for me0

What you want are incline pushups. Each time, do more. Reduce the incline until you are finally parallel over the course of some weeks to a month.0
