Do you ever have those tasks (i.e. exercising) or projects that you know you should do but that never get done? Procrastination attacks us all from time to time. In fact, I've noticed it is one of the number one topics in the message board posts and reasons why people give up on their fitness and nutritional goals. On my blog today, I've shared a little process I use to smack procrastination in the face and get it to back off. I hope it works for you too.
