NEED MORE PROTEIN IDEAS

Please add me if you feel you meet your protein goals and have an open diary you would like to share. I do alot of lean cuisines for lunch because they are easy and so I need more protein ideas for the rest of my day. Plus I just started going to the gym and doing weights for the first time in my life and want to make sure my nutrition is where it is supposed to be.
