What about yogurt (greek or other) and coco,the baking kind? Sounds kinda yummy. Not sure of the calories though....

Yoghurt CAN be good, but there's so many varieites out there, you need to pick one which fits your targets.
I like the plain Greek yoghurt, cos it has lots of protein. The fruit flavoured ones will be higher in sugar and carbs, and low fat ones usually have something else added to make up for the loss of taste when the fat is removed (often added sugar)
So make sure to read those labels!0
