Lunches!

Hey... Just wondering what everyone else eats for lunches and snacks. I generally eat 5 or 6 small meals during the day. breakfast: fat free refried beans with a soft tortilla shell and fat free cheddar. snacks/meals throughout the day: 2 hard boiled egg whites, chobani yogurt, 100 cal popcorn, asparagus and clif bar. dinner: chicken and spinach.

Does anyone have any recommendations on snacks or meals to eat during the day? I do hummus and carrots as well as raw veggies and fat free veggie dip. I am getting sick of the monotony of the foods I have been eating. I also try to stay away from as much dairy as possible.
