Late day workout affecting sleep?

Hi guys...I just started working out last week. I started by doing 30 minutes of circult training and 30 minutes of cardio. Since my schedule changes every other week my workouts were in the morning and they really seemed to energize me for the rest of the day. :happy:

This week I have to workout in the early evening (5:30 p.m.) and I've noticed that I can't seem to get to sleep at my regular time (11:00 p.m.) I did the same workout (circuit/cardio) as last week and was wide awake until about 1:00 a.m. Not fun! :yawn:

Do any of you experience something like this? Any suggestions on what I could do on these "late" workout weeks? (My gym opens when my work starts so I can't go super early.) :huh:
