Cardio! (help)

Hey, I have a little question !
I'm doing only cardio (elliptical trainer, stair climber) for 45 minutes 5 times a day, but I've been reading a lot about the fact that you can't lose any weight with cardio. As my goal is to lose weight, I was wondering...
Also, to lose weight from my thighs (inner and outer) (also stomach, hips, and butt), what work out would you recommand to me?

    You also need to add some strength training-you could do free weights or a class or the machines if you are at a gym.

    You do 3.75 hrs of cardio per day?

    It doesn't matter what exercise you do, you'll lose weight if you're in a caloric deficit.

    IMHO it's better to mix weight training with cardio. Remember, muscle burns calories.

    Please tell me you actually ment 5 times a week- if you're doing 45 minutes 5 x's a day-????
