    It goes away over time.

Fat is attached to your skin. What many think is loose skin is really not a skin issue at all, the fat layers under the skin are the same size they were when you were bigger, preventing the skin from contracting to a smaller shape. Skin itself is very thin, think the back of your hand or yrou forearms. If loose skin areas don't feel like this, fat, not skin, is the issue. Lose more fat and the skin will be able to contract.

Even with that skin will tighten on its own. As cells are recycled they will be deposited more fitting with your current size, a slow process that can take years.

Lose to a lower BF% than you want to maintain long term. It also helps to put on some muscle, being in a calorie surplus to do so can do nothing but good things for your skin.

But you just have to give it time. Within a few months of ending your cut things will be noticably tighter.
