What Are Superfoods?:
Superfoods are considered to be foods that contribute to a healthy lifestyle and help reduce weight. Superfoods are also said to contain most of the nutrients needed on a daily basis to sustain a healthy body. Although you can’t eat all superfoods all the time, it is beneficial to include as many of these foods as possible into your diet. Superfoods include berries, eggs, fruits, green vegetables, nuts, oats, olives and turkey. These foods can be eaten on a daily basis or spread evenly throughout the week.
