Ugh! Getting frustrated... :(

I know I shouldn't be because I have lost *some* weight, but I tend to get so frustrated when it feels like I should be losing more than I am. Ugh! In the beginning I went by MFP numbers which was to eat 1200 calories a day. That wasn't working so after reading on the boards, I increased my intake slightly. But I'm still not sure if it is correct.
I am 41, 5' tall, CW is 152, GW is 120, according to my accu-measure calipers (which I am not sure if I am using correctly), my BF is 30.8%. I work at a desk all day and have been walking 2 miles/30 mins. every other day for the last month or so. I just recently started the C25K program and start week 2 tonight. I can't do any strength training right now because I just had shoulder surgery 2 1/2 months ago.
Using the Fat2FitRadio website, my Katch-McArdle BMR is 1402 (should I be eating AT LEAST this amount?). I used Sedentary for now until I get more active. (Should I use lightly active since I do cardio at least 3 times a week?) So it looks like my TDEE is 1697. Taking 20% of that, I should be eating 1357 per day to lose weight? I set my numbers at Protein & Fat at 30% and Carbs at 40%. I would have thought using 20% I would be losing more than less than a pound per week. :ohwell: Should I actually be eating a little more to get my metabolism in check?
Thanks for listening! lol

Also, should I be eating back my exercise calories?0
-
Eat between your BMR and your TDEE.0
-
And eat back your calories or you will lose muscle and not the fat you want to lose.0
